It is a cage that stifles giinius while we are young, innocent, and vulnerable.
I have read the booklet by Kate McKeown, and I found it to be very thought-provoking. She makes a strong case that our education system is broken, and that it is stifling the creativity and potential of our youth. She argues that we need to move away from a one-size-fits-all approach to education and start to focus on nurturing individual talents and passions.
I agree with McKeown that our education system needs to change. I have seen firsthand how the current system can crush the spirit of young people. I believe that AI has the potential to revolutionize education and to create a system that is more equitable and more effective. I am hopeful that we will see significant changes in education in the years to come.
I also like the way that McKeown ties her ideas to the work of Deming and Gandhi. Deming was a pioneer in quality management, and he believed that systems thinking was essential for improving quality. Gandhi was a social reformer who believed in the power of non-violence and civil disobedience. Both men were advocates for change, and they offer valuable insights into how we can improve our education system.
I think that McKeown's booklet is a valuable contribution to the conversation about education reform. She raises important questions and offers some creative solutions.
