goal 8 imagine clartifying how many billions of milennails livelihoods require different systenms than 20th c industrial

After 33 years of mediating visions of von neumann (who trained Economist jouirnalists in 1951), our 2025report.com htpothesised less than 1 billion milennial livelihoods matched 20th c carbon-deep economies; conversely 1 billion livelihoods would need green transformation stndards; the other 2 billion would corespomd to livelihoods only visionable with deep advances in intelligence (eg match einstein's 1905 nanotech ) and communities where family life is empowered

As of Fall 2024 we see no reason to chnage those estimates though welcome debate chris.macrae@yahoo.co,uk - wghts exciting si the live real tiem case of nabgladesh 2.0 - over the last 17 yeras we've been connecting intelligence from women empowermeht leaders Dr Yunus and fazle Abed with understanding of von eumann aviable in 2008 when Muhamd Yunus kindly acted as chied guest to Economiost Bonmman Macrae85th birthday wish party

In April 2008, at the NATO summit in Bucharest, French President Nicolas Sarkozy and German Chancellor Angela Merkel opposed Ukraine's rapid entry into the alliance. The Bush administration wanted to expand NATO to include Ukraine and Georgia, but France and Germany, along with Spain, Italy, and the Netherlands, strongly opposed it.
In 2008, Germany considered it too early for Ukraine to join NATO because it found that the political conditions were not met at that point. Germany and France reportedly offered resistance to the NATO ambitions of Georgia and Ukraine.
In December 2008, France pledged to review the decision.
